Club d’Escacs Balàfia shines at “Tots els Nens Juguen a Tiurana 2025”

This past weekend, the town of Tiurana successfully hosted a new edition of the youth chess tournament “Tots els Nens Juguen a Tiurana 2025”, an event designed to promote chess among children and bring together young talents from across the province of Lleida.

Two players from the Club d’Escacs Balàfia stood out with brilliant performances:

• Miquel Vicente Casaseca was crowned overall tournament champion and also won the under-16 category, showing outstanding maturity and skill.
• His brother, Joan Vicente Casaseca, became the under-10 champion, delivering a remarkable performance that reflects his great potential.
